Wow..sth wow juz happen today. As Iris was writing this wonderful romance story of hers on ficionpress, i wanted to beta read her story. In order to do tat, i have to write a story with 6000 words or juz simply 5 stories. So i wrote my first story, which is the pimple accident in the previous post and juz post it there. I juz wanna get done with this 5 stories thingy. So today, i receive a notification from Fictionpress tat someone had commented on my story. I was apprehensive at first, cos i bet it is gonna be some kind of hateful comment, tellling me to go get a life or sth. So after pondering for like half an hr, i deicded to open it and see exactly wat she says. Haha..the thing is she has this fwen juz like me and she asks me to continue writing cos the story is juz so funny. She even add it as her fav story. Wat a great sense of achievement! It's a been a long time since i felt liddat. I tink i shld continue posting stories to complete my 4 more stories. It's kind of fun. And plus the story i wrote is really shitty, i juz took it directly from my blog with only 200 plus words. Frankly, my story is not worth to be favourited. I shld juz give the commentor of mine my blog link. Make her life easier.Anw, i was tinking abt the NJC interview thingy. And i have alr prepare a model ans which i might not use.How do you think NJC IP would benefit you?Personally, I think it would benefit me very much because NJC is a premier with lots of good achievements. To be frank with you, one of the reasons why i attend NJC is because i am able to skip O levels. I am not going to beat around the bush like countless of interviewees did, by talking abt how good this sch is. I am sure by now, u all shld noe how gd it is. But instead, i will focus on why skipping o level will benefit me. Firstly, i admit i am not the type tat studies. O level only makes everything more stressful and learning is suppose to be fun. By skipping the O level, i would be able to learn at a better pace and not rushing thru since i have no O level to deal with, and i tink learning at my own pace will help me very much when i take my A level. I am sure with NJC rich experience, it can help me to further improve my studies and do well for exams.As for you admission essay, can u elaborate more abt it?For my admission essay, i wrote abt how Singapore education system is still a flop, not exactly a flop, but it has still many things to improve or work on. For example, i wrote tat students r not really tinking out of the box. For example, i have to chinese essay writing with the topic <<雨中>>. Basically, we r suppose to write abt an incident tat happen in the rain. I ask my chi teacher whether i could abt acid rain and the scene of ppl rushing to buildings to avoid the rain. Also, i could write a lot of my tots on why ppl r not helping our Mother Earth. Instead, my chi tr shoot down my point as she thinks it is ridiculous. She wants the rain to be 'beautiful'. This is a very fine example on how we students r sometimes being scolded for tinking out of the box, or rather tinking diff from the others. I mean it is our own essay, we can write anything as long as it fits the title. And the title did not say anything abt beautiful rain. And the chi essay i wrote abt the acid rain was quite good, if i say so myself, but i almost fail, bcos my tr juz cant accept the fact tat there is diff types of rain. I tink no matter how ridiculous an idea may sound, tr shld not shoot it down rudely, but instead tell us the reason why we cant write the certain idea we have. Till this day, i still did not noe why i cant write abt acid rain. I mean come on, it is still rain. Enough with my rants here, i just think overall, we shld not be complacent abt our education system and shld always think of ways to improve it.I tink this shld be roughly wat they will ask u..i have no idea whether i will go for the interview or not..Piggies are so kawaii!!!
